Amazing care, incredible customer service!!!!
My first experience with Leigh, owner of Nature's Grooming, was beyond patient and compassionate. I called her in a panic, worried about the condition of my dog's ears. I had just picked up my Cavalier King Charles puppy from 10 days in a kennel, and to say her ears were a mess is an understatement. Leigh was so patient and reassuring with regard to how the tangled mess could be easily resolved. I brought my dog to her, and she managed to untangle and carefully clip the matted fur that was in a very tender spot where the side of her ear joins to the head. My puppy, Brooklyn, was miserable until Leigh was able to help her. When I inquired about the cost, Leigh told me it was no charge. I couldn't believe it. I have NEVER had a small business owner offer a service for no charge. She treated my dog with love and tenderness, and did not want anything in return for such incredible care. I began to take my dog to her for all grooming needs.
Leigh is, without a doubt, one of those rare people you meet in life who is not looking for payment, payback, or has an agenda. She is generous with her time, her expertise, and knowledge. Her shop is immaculate front and back. I know this because I recently had to go in the back where the dogs are groomed, and wash my hands. If you want the BEST care for your dog, you would be foolish to go anywhere else, but NATURE'S GROOMING. I only wish more people shared Leigh's business philosophy. She is one-of-a-kind. Don't waste your money with other groomers -- she and her staff, Nadia and the others are simply the BEST!!!

Expensive, Careless Mistakes, Staff doesn't listen to clients
For $80 each grooming I expect my dog to be properly groomed. My dog came out with a botched clipper job, one ear that wasn't cleaned or cut, and a haircut that was the opposite of what I had asked for. When I complained, the owner wouldn't take responsibility and sent me away feeling like I had done something wrong.

Best Groomer
We love Nature's Grooming. LOVE. They take such great care and pride in their work, and treat your dog as if it were their dog. One of the great things about the shoppe is the big glass window; you can see everything that is going on there, so look for yourself. You'll see calm, happy dogs and a staff that is gentle, kind, loving. They use natural products (my dogs have never itched or scratched after a visit), and the staff does things like take your dog for a walk! They are not cheap but they are worth every penny.

BEST GROOMER in the USA!
Since I have had to live in various states and even out of he country, I have had experience with numerous groomers. The owner of Nature's Grooming truly loves her job and she is dedicated to having her team perform in a very loving and highly skilled way with all the pets brought in to her shoppe! My dog-"Bob" has had exceptional service at this shoppe. If she sees any inconsistencies in the dog's health -she lets you know. My dog is a Shih Tzyu-so they usually have eye problems. The way that she always kept the areas around my dog's eyes so manicured and cut short to keep away any hairs that would aggrevate the eye area -my dog's eye problems cleared up. The vets at VCA Hospital said because of my dog's very thorough and extensive grooming -he has been able to be very healthy because he is so well taken care of! Thanks so much to all the wonderful people at Nature's Grooming. YOU are Number ONE+ in the USA!

BEST GROOOMER ON THE PLANET
Leigh has been taking care of my difficult, dirty, snarly, pain-in-butt Wheaten for 5 years. No cage drying. No injuries. No problems. Ever. He DRAGS me in to see her. He is loved and cared for the entire time he is there. I wouldn't consider taking my dog anywhere else. Expensive? Okay - maybe - but so what? Grooming your best friend in a safe, loving environment is not something that you should price shop. Watch the groomers through the glass window - no nooses - no problems. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
