Lincoln Car Wash
Very convenient location in Santa Monica on Lincoln, just off I-10. They stayed late to finish off my car when I got there at 5:00 pm!

I have been going to Lincoln Car Wash since I moved to Santa Monica. I take my Range Rover and my Mercedes and always get a hand wash. I don't expect the windows to be perfectly clean and expect a few water spots. What I did not expect was for them to damage the rim on my 2008 Mercedes and deny it! When they pulled the car around, it was obvious that the car had been washed. All the rims were clean with the exception of the front, passenger rim. Its tire had a scuff in the rubber, a black impact mark on the rim, and a deep scratch. It was obvious they impacted a curb pulling the clean car around after it was washed. The guy that writes the orders, Manny, knows that I am a good customer. I grabbed him and he looked at it and said I would need to talk to his supervisor, who turned out to be the owner, Mr. Jivani. As a matter of course, he said that they didn't do it and if I couldn't prove it to him they weren't going to do anything about it. Horrible customer service and not a good way to run a business. I certainly won't recommend this place to anyone now.

I have been going to Lincoln Car Wash since I moved to Santa Monica. I take my Range Rover and my Mercedes and always get a hand wash. false advertising
Went to get my car washed yesterday, a Tuesday, took the coupon from this site which offers $4.00 on a wash & wax - Tuesdays only. Cashier refused it; mgmt wouldn't accept it. Used to go here frequently. Finally stopped going when I was having to do more & more clean up after the car wash of spots and sections of the car the car washers missed cleaning. With a coupon I thought it'd be worth trying again. Quite a few other car washes in the area that charge the same price, do a better job and are much more customer service oriented.

they steal things from your car and o a bad job
I used to like this car wash because they give you copons and it is kind of nice with the little cafe inside. But, the last few times I went, they 1) stole my handicapped sign out of my car and later confessed when I called the owner, 2) they have done a terrible job washing my car and always miss the inside even though you pay for it, 3) I have new scratches on my car, 4) They did not attempt to accomodate me with any type of discount after they admitted and returned my stolen handicapped sign. I think they are also very dishonest and gave me a receipt for a more expensive car wash then I requested. I would never go back.
