Box brothers - great job
... I had two antique lamps that needed to be shipped to New York that were worth a lot of money and was very concerned about them getting there undamaged. Ray the manager gave me a couple of options for packing and shipping and I decided to go with what they call a quaranty pack so I could insure them. I left the whole thing up to them and my lamps arrived at my sisters in tack and undamaged and in a timely manner. I have since gone back a couple timesand whoever has been there has been nice and extremely helpful.

They were rude to me
The guy in this store treated me rudely. When I arrived, he was in a macho display of taping up a box. He was very theatrically swinging his tape machine all around while he sealed the big box. I just wanted to send a fedex. ...

nice guys, but for bigger shipments...
Box Brother was great for the smaller shipments, but we called City Business after a recommendation and we couldn't have made a better decision. Peter at City Business is so easy to deal with and understands our needs for shipping our merchandise country wide. They understand the shipping service business, with personal service and great rates.

I just wanted to send a fedex. He said that fedex regulations prohibited him from givening me the tracking label. I thought that was weird. I left and sent my fedex at a different place.

This location lost an expensive item of mine that I left to be packaged and shipped, and it took forever to resolve the situation. But it did eventually get resolved, although I had to be far more tenacious than I should have. Box Brothers also does corporate moves (not at this location, but handled through the main office) and I've had a positive experience on that front.
